Returns and Refunds policy:
Customers may return the ordered item(s), or any item(s) included in the order, within 12 hours of the arrival of their order.
Refunds Possible If the Item(s) You Received:
· Appears tampered/damaged on arrival;
· The product has past its expiry date;
· Error in order delivered;
· Once if the customer has opened the product (irrespective of its type) Gold Pharmacy will not accept them back and will cancel the return request of the customer.
· Goldpharmacy.in can exercise the right to reject any of the return requests in case the package is opened or the product looks used/ doesnot contain the original packaging
If the customers receive a package that is damaged/past expiry date, call us instantly and provide us your order number and the reason why you want a return.
